Strategic website redesign and development for a Higher Education Marketing agency.

Project Overview
As a member of Spark451’s internal marketing team, I pitched and spearheaded the redesign of our website, recognizing the need for a contemporary online identity refresh, given that our previous design dated back to 2015. In tandem with this visual refresh, I identified content gaps when compared against more modern practices seen in leading marketing agencies–we just weren’t selling ourselves enough, to put it simply.
Collaborating with the marketing team, we strategically pivoted towards showcasing our agency’s strengths through a renewed focus on “offerings.” I complemented this by designing a new set of “style tiles”, which resonated with the marketing team and the broader company, and became a foundational element for the final design.
Over the course of approximately one year, I worked closely with the Chief Officers and Managers of the company to align messaging and design, creating a new, more modern Spark451. The results have been phenomenal, breathing new life into the company’s online presence and introducing exciting new offerings for clients as the company continues its growth trajectory.
The redesigned website serves as an inspiration for numerous marketing efforts, both in traditional and digital media, establishing itself as our primary marketing rubric and a testament to the impactful synergy between strategic messaging and design.
